Terms of Use

These terms apply to stadiafi.com and the StadiaFi app, operated by StadiaFi Limited, a New Zealand company. By using the site or the app you agree to them.

What StadiaFi is (and isn't)

• StadiaFi is a free loyalty programme. You earn points through activity in the app and can redeem them for rewards offered by us and our partners.
• StadiaFi is not gambling, not an investment, and not a financial product. You never pay money in. Points and SFi have no cash value, cannot be purchased, sold, or transferred between users, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• StadiaFi is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any sports league, competition, club or governing body unless we expressly say so.

Your account

• You need to be 16 or older to hold an account during the beta.
• One account per person. Keep your login details to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has access.
• Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.

Fair play

The reward pool is shared between real fans, so gaming it takes value from everyone else. Don't:

• create multiple accounts, use bots, scripts or automation to earn points, or otherwise manipulate the economy;
• attempt to access other users' accounts or non-public parts of the service;
• abuse, harass or attempt to defraud other users, sponsors or reward partners.

We may adjust balances, withhold rewards, suspend or close accounts involved in any of the above. During the beta we may also reset balances or change earning rules as we tune the economy — we'll flag significant changes in the app.

Points, rewards and sponsors

• Earning rates, caps and reward availability can change, and rewards may be limited in quantity or region.
• Rewards are fulfilled by the named partner and subject to their own conditions (for example, expiry dates or in-store redemption rules).
• If a reward can't be fulfilled, we'll do our best to substitute it or restore your points.

Content

Everything we publish on this site — articles, guides, graphics — is ours or licensed to us. You're welcome to link to it and quote reasonable extracts with attribution; don't republish whole pieces without asking. Sports data shown in the app comes from licensed providers; results and fixtures are provided in good faith but may occasionally lag or contain errors — always check official sources before making plans that depend on them.

The service, as-is

StadiaFi is in beta. We work hard to keep it available and accurate, but we provide it "as is" and can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent New Zealand law allows, our liability in connection with the service is limited to NZ$100. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the product evolves; the date at the top reflects the current version, and significant changes will be flagged in the app or by email. These terms are governed by New Zealand law. Questions: info@stadiafi.com.
