StadiaFi is a loyalty programme for New Zealand sports fans. They earn points backing their club, then spend those points at businesses near the ground. You're the reason the points are worth having — and the reason they come to you instead of somewhere else.
When a fan redeems, their phone shows a full-screen countdown. Your team looks at it, hands over the item, done. There is nothing to scan, install, log into, or reconcile.
Something with a real margin — a coffee, a side, 20% off a round. You set it, and you can change or pause it whenever you like.
Your business appears in the rewards shop for fans in your region, with your name, location and offer. Nothing for you to build.
They spend points they earned backing their club. Your staff see the countdown screen and hand it over. That's the whole interaction.
We'd rather put this on the page than make you ask. These are the founding terms — and they're limited to the first five businesses to join during the Auckland pilot. After that, the standard rate applies and includes a commission; founding partners never pay one.
The Auckland pilot runs through the Bunnings NPC season. Partners who join for the pilot are listed as founding businesses — first in the rewards shop, first in anything we publish, and with a say in how the programme works while it's still small enough to change.
It's also small on purpose. We'd rather a handful of businesses have a good experience than a hundred have a rough one — so if you'd like the whole thing explained in person, we'll come to you.
